Smart electricity and its integration in home design

The renewed and advanced technology is very present in our lives, everyone today has a smartphone with which they can do almost any action, surf the Internet, transfer money, trade on the stock exchange, order a taxi and more. Technology in recent years has entered the field of construction in a number of areas such as advanced materials and innovations of home systems. One of the systems in which we are seeing the significant change is the electrical system and smart home electrical developments. So what exactly is smart electricity? And why should it be integrated into home systems? Answers to all these questions and more we will present to you in this article in order to shed some light on the subject.

Smart electricity is an integral part of modern home design nowadays. It allows the tenant to completely or partially control all electrical systems by a number of means. The smart electricity works in combination with the computer systems in the house and with the control center of the company that provides the service. Electric control includes full or partial control of the variety of electrical products in the modern home: electric shutters, air conditioning, solar water heaters, control of different lighting in the house, control of shading to the level of shifting the house curtains, and connection to all various electrical products. The control is done by the customer himself and is activated via central touch screens that allow partial or full control of any switch throughout the house, including and using smartphones and tablets.

One of the advantages of installing the system is the ability to create possible scenarios - the intention is to define specific situations in which the customer can control the electricity according to scenarios. For example, "Vacation Scenario" or  "Exit scenario." In each of the scenarios that the customer defines there will be control over the electrical products and the other systems related to electricity in the home. For example, in the "leaving the house" scenario - if you live in a private house with several levels, you must have encountered a situation where you want to leave the house but do not remember if you closed all the shutters or air conditioning on the various floors in the house. Instead of going up and closing all the shutters, lights and other electrical products can be set at the touch of a button to lock and close all the shutters and air conditioning and at the same time turn on the home alarm. Apart from the convenience the customer can enjoy a clear advantage of saving power consumption because the on and off is done in a way that he can control from anywhere in the system and there is no case where he forgets to turn on electricity. An example of another scenario is a "vacation scenario", where you can set certain lights to turn on, or a radio at certain times.  For a long time and burglars and thieves will flee.

The process of working and implementing the system in a construction house or in a house that is being renovated is easy and convenient. Because at the work plans stage we as architects plan and execute detailed plans for electricity and lighting and after the client's approval arrange a joint meeting with the client and the company representative  In order to give the emphasis and detailed instructions for carrying out the plans. We work together with companies that operate within the most advanced technological framework. These companies provide  Uncompromising quality products, an enveloping service that includes consulting, accompaniment and planning in collaboration with the architect, technical support and supervision controlled by the home system from a computerized control center. All this allows our customers to enjoy an extraordinary and groundbreaking experience of smart electricity for the home.

In conclusion, we see renewal and technology as another great tool through which the home can become a practical and useful resting place. We believe that every system and individual in the home must be adapted to life in it and therefore together with all the benefits the system must be precisely adapted to the needs and habits of the customer so that he can enjoy the comfort that the system offers.
